 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
    • Packaged in the original box with all accessories and documentation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
  • Earrings (due to hygiene).
  • Items purchased during final sales or clearance.

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@thejewellerymerchant.com with:

    • Your order number.
    • The reason for your return.
    • Photos of the item if it's damaged or faulty.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@thejewellerymerchant.com.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage for faster processing.
