✅ Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Packaged in the original box with all accessories and documentation.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Earrings (due to hygiene).
- Items purchased during final sales or clearance.
🔄 How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos of the item if it's damaged or faulty.

📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Provide clear photos of the damage for faster processing.
